Origin:
Native to South America especially Brazil

Appearance:
An ivory-white, straight-grained wood with a very fine texture and sometimes contains shades of light gray. Easy to care and maintain and is used widely for turning and furniture. Slightly heavier than hard maple, but has a much more pleasing effect.
